 La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro storico, si può raggiungere tutto a piedi, vicinissima alla stazione e tutti i servizi.
La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata impeccabile sin dal primo messaggio, il che ha reso l’arrivo e il soggiorno assolutamente senza stress. L’alloggio è pulito, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole, sia per brevi visite che per periodi più lunghi.
Consiglio vivamente questo monolocale a chiunque voglia vivere Colmar in modo rilassante

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé à Colmar. L’appartement en lui‑même est impeccable : propre, bien équipé et très agréable. Le bâtiment est encore en construction au niveau des parties communes, mais cela n’a pas du tout gêné notre séjour. C'est bien de le savoir avant d'arriver. Initialement, nous devions loger dans un autre appartement, mais une panne de chauffage nous a été signalée avant notre arrivée. L’hôte nous a immédiatement proposé cette alternative, qui s’est révélée parfaite. Très bonne réactivité et communication. Nous recommandons !

Top Lage in Mühlhausen 🏙️✨ – große, moderne und komfortable Wohnung 🛋️🍴, komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschma
Positive: Sehr gute Lage, absolut zentral gelegen. 
Die große und komfortable Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen gelungenen Städtetrip nach Mühlhausen braucht.
Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders schön ist der Blick auf den zentralen Platz: Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Fußgängerzone und zugleich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentralbahnhof.
Eine rundum tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Contrairement à ce que j'ai lu, la douche (atypique ) fonctionne très bien, la TV aussi. Mais on ne loue pas un RBNB pour regarder la TV,selon moi. Il manque peut être un film opaque sur les vitres pour ne pas être vu de l'extérieur. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir pour découvrir cette charmante ville avec des commerçants accueillants !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'endroit était calme avec divers services à proximités. ( pharmacie, supermarché, boulangerie, TRAM... ) Notre séjour nous a permis de voir le marché de Noël de Mulhouse ainsi que celui de Colmar, je recommande. Rien à redire sur le logement. Souhaitant un bon séjour aux prochains visiteurs.

What a little gem!! This brand new pad is literally in the middle of the city, which was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets! Beautifully furnished with stylish decor and a super comfy couch overlooking huge windows with a lovely view to the main square. Loved having TVs in each room for the family to relax. Did not want to leave!

Positive: The view was absolutely beautiful — waking up and enjoying coffee while looking at the scenery was a real highlight of our trip. The apartment was very cozy and had a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect — right in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.
We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and an amazing view. We would definitely love to stay here again!
